The delivery time for "Lovely Surprise Breakfast" has a lapse of 30 minutes, for example if the client needs the Breakfast at 10:00am, we will try to deliver by 10:00am but it depends on traffic, weather conditions if there is a delay won't be more than 30 min.

The delivery address must be exactly provided by the client if the costumer doesn't provide the correct address, JoliLovely will not be responsible for delays and we will continue with our route delivering the other breakfast surprise.

The delivery time for "Lovely Surprise Breakfast" is between 6:00am till 11:00am.

For "Lovely Breakfast Surprise" and "Lovely Tables" we accept orders with at least two days  of anticipation.

For "Lovely Rooms" we accept order with at least three days of anticipation.

JoliLovely offers Free Shipping however if you need a delivery outside the cover area may have an additional fee.

Once JoliLovely has the payment confirmation, we will proceed to deliver you order when you need it 

Orders and deliveries on the same day have an additional fee of $10 (If we have  room to take it)

The company does NOT make money refunds or returns.
